From Boston:

Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right after rejoining two-way road into Scarbrough Avenue. Straight over roundabout to Skegness Pier. At Skegness Pier turn right. Proceed straight over Clock Tower roundabout into South Parade Promenade. Take second turning right. After a short distance turn left into Drummond Road. the Dovedale is on the right in about 1/4 mile.

From Lincoln:

Proceed straight over at traffic lights after Football Ground. Turn right at "The Suncastle" into North Parade Promenade. Proceed straight over Clock Tower roundabout into South Parade Promenade. Take second turning right. After a short distance turn left into Drummond Road. the Dovedale is on the right in about 1/4 mile.
